Update: Production on Season 6 has been postponed indefinitely. This comes after new allegations about Kevin Spacey and rumors of others from men. Some say there are hundreds of such incidents with the actor that can compare to Harvey Weinstein.

Netflix’s largest show has been cancelled due to Kevin Spacey’s sexual misconduct. The announcement by the streaming channel comes just 12 hours after Star Trek Discovery’s Anthony Rapp detailed his encounter with Spacey when they were younger and Rapp was only 14 years old!

To make matters worse, Spacey used the opportunity to come out as gay on twitter thus confounding pedophilia with being gay. There is no official word from Netflix yet, but this news is coming from sources inside the company who were alerted this morning.

House of Cards is probably Netflix’s largest money maker and to terminate it due to it’s relationship with an actor who is embroiled in a controversy speaks volumes about the legitimacy of Rapp’s claim.
