MSNBC has fired ex-Fox News host Greta Van Susteren.

“I am out at MSNBC,” she tweeted Thursday.

MSNBC only added, that “they have parted ways.”

Ari Melber, MSNBC’s chief legal correspondent, will take over the 6 p.m. hour that had been Van Susteren’s.

Analysts can read between the lines, Greta’s numbers weren’t great. Her show dipped to 797,000 viewers while MSNBC has been enjoying ratings high with other hosts.
