21st Century Fox has been in discussions to sell most of it’s company to the Mouse House. Though this deal would not include Fox News or Fox Sports as to avoid antitrust problems.

If the deal were to go through as well as their international properties, TV and movie studios, Disney would get FX Networks as well as Nat Geo which are all under the Fox brand. It also means, that fan favorite superhero brands like Fantastic Four and X-Men can make a nice transition into Marvel movie again. With more team-ups in the future.

This comes as Fox is seeking ways to compete in the online streaming world, and investor fears that Fox will not be able to compete in that space, unless it does some soul searching and cleans house.
