Well that was fast.

Talk about insight! Facebook has admitted that the shows on Facebook Watch right now including the highly inspirational Humans of New York, are only meant to be a slight tease. It’s what creators and indie artists can expect when they partner with Facebook. Facebook does not want premium watch content to be a large part of their business.

Instead, Facebook wants Watch to be open source, in a sense. As I predicted last month, everyone will soon be able to submit to the platform and get ad moneys from the site. That means that everyone will be able to make their own TV shows, and to this guy who loves TV shows, that’s very exciting!
