First up is a three part A Christmas Carol Mini-Series by Ridley Scott/Tom Hardy and Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight this is set to premiere in 2019.

Knight himself is a HUGE Dickens fan and he already alluded to future TV series that he might be thinking about doing. As he said Peaky Blinders is heavily influenced by Great Expectations and Tale Of Two Cities. Here’s hoping those become TV shows. I for one, would LOVE to see Tale Of Two Cities become a TV show. Done right, it would be epic.

Knight has struck a deal with BBC One, to create and develop multiple TV series to create a unique boxed-set of Dickens’ most iconic novels over the next few years.
